When my MBA is hooked up to the various peripherals the Wifi is turned off and the MBA is hooked up to a USB to Ethernet cable. I believe all of the Kernel Panics happen when the MBA is in sleep mode. I upgraded with no problems on (Also upgraded to Xcode Dev 6.4 on ) Starting on 7/3 Kernel Panic, 7/5 twice, 7/8 and 7/9. I continue to have Kernel Panics since I upgraded to OS X 10.10.4.
